NakPack (R)

Decanto si prende cura delle tue bottiglie di vino con estrema attenzione. E’ per questo che abbiamo scelto di utilizzare le scatole per imballaggio NakPack(R). Queste scatole sono in grado di ammortizzare al meglio gli urti e garantire la massima sicurezza durante il trasporto ed inoltre permettono un’ottima protezione contro gli sbalzi termici.

Magazzino

Tutti i vini acquistabili sul sito sono disponibili e presenti nel magazzino termoregolato di Decanto. Salvo eccezioni, gli ordini vengono evasi entro 24 / 48 ore dalla ricezione ed affidati al corriere, che effetua la consegna solitamente in 24 / 48 ore a seconda della localita', salvo zone disagiate ed isole minori. Il corriere non puo' garantire il rispetto di fasce orarie di consegna eventualmente indicate in fase di acquisto. Ogni nota presente nell'ordine per agevolare la consegna ( telefonata preventiva, consegna al piano etc ) verrà riportata sulla lettera di vettura ma non possiamo garantire il rispetto da parte dell'autista ( spesso sono servizi accessori). 

Spese

Decanto consegna su tutto il territorio Italiano ed opera con i principali corrieri nazionali. Le spese di spedizione sono fisse e pari a € 10.95. Se pero’ il tuo ordine risulta superiore a € 130 le spese di spedizione sono completamente gratuite. 

SHIPPING ABROAD?

Decanto does not ship abroad. However, we entered into an agreement with a third party shipping provider servicing private individuals that want to send their wines everywhere in Europe on their own. 

How does it work?

1. You make your order on Decanto normally. In the shipping / billing address you enter Decanto's address: Via Industriale 28 - 25126 Brescia

2. You contact us at [email protected] providing your delivery address, the number of bottles and the reference number of the order on Decanto. You will then receive a quote and a payment form from the shipping provider.

3. Once you paid, the shipping provider will collect the wines at Decanto's warehouse and deliver it to you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the number of bottles. Please refer to the following table for an estimate of the costs:

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands

Zone 2: United Kingdom, Spain

Zone 3: Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece (mainland), Ireland, Portugal, Sweden

Zone 4: Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary

Zone 5: Switzerland, Norway

Insurance is available as an additional service for 2% of the value of the shipment (min 15 euro). Decanto may not be held liable for any problem arising after the shipping company has picked up the wine from our warehouse. Any complaint related to the shipment must be addressed to the shipping provider. Please be aware that until you paid the shipping provider you can easily cancel the order simply by getting in touch with us at [email protected] and we will reimburse your payment immediately.
